Message

Ravi Autos Sundar, with its drive to innovate and stay ahead of the competition, continued to invest in new technologies and components during 2020-2021. Investments in the 1250-ton HDPC line and critical engine components like Oil Pan and Cover Cylinder Head for the automotive industry, Crankcases, and Cylinder Blocks for larger 2-wheeler engines (125cc) were the highlights of 2021. Moreover, RAS became Tier 1 supplier to Indus Motor Company and Yamaha Motor Pakistan.

Technical Assistance agreements with new technology partners are also underway to help localize high-tech engine components. Official announcements will be made soon. Certification of ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management System, Board & board committee formation, Solar initiative, and several new efficiency initiatives on the floor continue to shape the ever-evolving culture at RAS. History

Ravi Autos Sundar (Pvt.) Limited, an IATF16949:2016 certified company established in 2013, is a premier global automotive component supplier in HPDC & precision machined components. Equipped with the foremost technologists and engineers’ team, we have established ourselves as a leader in OEM manufacturing and become Pakistan’s largest aluminum high-pressure and precision machining facility in a span of just under a decade.

Our in-house lab facility is armed with a CMM machine, 3D Scanner, Spectro Meter, Ultrasonic Crack Detector, Hardness Tester, and various other specialized equipment to cater to the diverse requirements of our esteemed customers in the automotive industry.

With over 100 state-of-the-art CNC and SPM machines and HPDC machines ranging from 350 – 1250 Tons, backing us up, we are able to put quality and precision at the forefront of our services. Owing to this, the company has achieved prominence in accolades as well – we have successfully achieved international certification to the revised Quality Management System standard, ISO 9001:2015, and IATF 16949:2016.
