Unauthorized, illegal, or unethical use of Company resources is strictly prohibited.

6. Gifts, Favors & Bribery

• Employees must not solicit or accept gifts, favors, or benefits from vendors, suppliers, or customers
• Bribery, kickbacks, or inducements in any form are strictly prohibited
• Only nominal promotional items may be accepted, and exceptions must be declared to HR.

7. Confidentiality & Information Security

Employees must protect confidential, proprietary, and sensitive information related to the Company, customers, and suppliers.

• Confidential information must not be disclosed or misused
• IT systems, passwords, and data must be secured
• All employees must comply with Information Security and IT policies.

8. Workplace Conduct & Safety

Ravi Autos Sundar provides a workplace that is:

Any violation will be dealt with firmly and fairly.

9. Media, Social Media & Public Representation

Employees:

10. Reporting & Compliance

Employees are required to:

• Report any unethical behavior, fraud, bribery, or policy violations

• Understand that non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, termination, or legal consequences.

11. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Violation of this Code of Conduct or Ethics may lead to:

• Disciplinary action
• Termination of employment
• Legal action and recovery of losses.
