PROHIBITION OF CHILD LABOR – POLICY
“Child” means a person who has not completed his fourteenth year of age.
“Adolescent” means a person who has completed his fourteenth but has not completed his eighteenth year;
Ravi Autos Sundar (Pvt) Ltd does not allow employment to Children (less than 18 years age) as defined in National and International laws.
We will not knowingly work with the subcontractors involving child labor at their premises. Management strongly condemns the use of child labor not only at its own facility but also at all of its supplier’s organizations
To assure that Ravi Autos Sundar (Pvt) Ltd doesn’t hire any employee under the age of 18, the age interfering compulsory schooling or the minimum age established by local law, whichever is greater.
